It is with pleasure that I write this referral thanking Impulse for their excellent service in replacing my roof. My old roof was asbestos which had remained since the house was built in 1958. However, I was getting several damp spots on my ceilings and decided to replace the entire roof on the recommendation of Nathan Henkes. Nathan was very helpful in explaining all that was involved to me and helped me decide on what I wanted.
My guttering was full of holes and I had known this for quite some time, so I replaced that at the same time. The replacement of my guttering also included two new downpipes.
On liasing with you, a start date was set up and I have to say I was amazed that everything was carried out on time and as planned. I say amazed because I've lost a lot of faith in tradesman and their promises over the years! The builders doing the job were very friendly and easy going. They have done an excellent job and left everything neat and tidy.
In fact in the few times I have spoken with you and everyone in your office, it was so refreshing to have friendly, jovial people on the other end, congratulations! You are running an excellent team and I have no hesitation in saying so!

We just had to write to you to let you know how thrilled we are with the Integra Shutters we recently had installed.
The shutters have made an enermous difference to our comfort during this long hot summer. When we first moved to this house the heat in the upper story was unbelievable. To combat this we installed ducted air conditioning, we had to run the air conditioner all the time to get any relief. The power bills were enormous!
Now we have cool rooms and are able to sleep longer in the mornings due to a lack of sun streaming in from dawn. We did wonder if we would feel "closed in" but we love the effect of being able to have light and air filter through if we desire. Appart from all this, we have the bonus of feeling safe with added security.
Thank you once again. We recommend your shutters to everyone and wish we had installed them years ago.

Just a short note to let you know that dealing with Impulse has been a pleasure. Mark - the installer electrician was very helpful and all that was promised us in regard to the installation has eventuated.
We had 6 panels installed in April and 3 extras in July. Our power accounts are now credit accounts and we are looking forward to our first cheque arriving in the mail. We are very happy with our solar system and are thinking of adding more panels in the future. Thanking you for your assistance with our enquiries.

We had solar panels and an inverter installed by Impulse. Jeremy the electrician was very professional at setting up all of the electrical components and a real gentleman and we are very pleased with the work that he did.
Todd and Antonio placed all the panels on the roof, eight of them, in a safe and professional manner, and we would recommend all of them to anyone else getting solar panels.
Everything was left neat and tidy and we are very pleased with the final outcome.
