- Roof Restoration after care instructions:
- Impulse Roof Restorations undertakes to apply only first quality coatings & sealants to the exterior substrate. However, it is expressly stated that unless these instructions are strictly adhered to, the 7 (seven) year guarantee shall be deemed to no longer be in effect. A: If your house is located in a heavily "treed" area: Your roof should be hosed down & brushed off at least once every 18 (eighteen) months to remove bird droppings & or leaf stains. B: Any harsh chemical acid, bleach, chlorine etc. spillage on the exterior substrate should be washed off immediately & respond to Impulse Roof Restorations immediately for further action.
- What does my Impulse Roof Restoration guarantee cover?
- Impulse Roof Restoration has a 7-year guarantee for the following: 7 year guarantee for a period of 7 years from the date of completion. Impulse Roof Restoration agrees to guarantee the client the following- 1: The "coloured" sealant will retain its colour to at least 90% over the 7-year period from the date of completion of the work. 2: The clear sealant will not go yellow in colour over the 7-year period from completion date. 3: The sealant will remain intact over the 7-year period from the date of completion. 4: The sealant will hinder the regrowth of moss by at least 90% during the 7-year period.
- What does my Impulse Re-Roofing and Guttering guarantee cover?
- There is a 1 year guarantee on workmanship for re-roofing & guttering along with the standard product guarantee you receive with the materials chosen for the job.

- What do I do if my shutter strap is broken & won't go up or down?
- If the shutter is still under warranty, we can send a serviceman to come out & replace the control tape & check the cavity roller to make sure that it is free from debris & that it is allowing a free passage for the tape.
- What do I do if the shutter is not closing properly & there is light coming through?
- You will need to check the curtain & make sure the curtain is fully closed. If there is light still coming through or around the shutter, we can send one of our serviceman to check if there are any bent slats or to arrange the slats at the top of the curtain.
- What does my Impulse Streamline Roller Shutter guarantee cover?
- The guarantee provided for the roller shutters is as follows: 1 Year Labour & Parts (Including pelmet box, guides, manual control, straps, axle & bearing); 5 Years on Electric Motor (Somfy motor approved by Australian Standards Commission); 5 Years on Curtain or Slat (Double aluminium skin polyurethane filled profile); 1 Year on Smartdrive Motor; 6 Months on Smartdrive Battery. Call out fee & labour charges apply after initial 12-month warranty has expired.

- What does my Impulse Streamline Security Alarm guarantee cover?
- The Impulse Alarm System warranty terms & conditions- DSC panels & code pads 12 months from manufacturer's date stamp; DSC Bravo PIR's 12 months from manufacturer's date stamp; Ir130 = PIR's 12 months from manufacturers date stamp. All other components, being plug pack, battery, siren, cover, tamper, strobe, screamer, read switches & all other sundry items, carry the manufacturers warranty of 12 months, unless otherwise stated. 3 months workmanship guarantee from date of installation. Keep all detectors clean & free of spider's webs. Only to be used as per manufacturer's instruction manual. Alarm system only to be serviced by Impulse Streamline Security System approved technicians during warranty period.
